Job Description:
The Driver Recruiting processer will play a key role in attracting and hiring qualified drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and to onboarding new drivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Process drivers by pulling PSP, DAC, MVR ETC. and reviewing applications.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in TenStreet.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and DOT regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Driver Processing.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and industry standards is preferred.
- Experience processing drivers through TenStreet is a must.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using TenStreet.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
