About the Job
Lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet.
Responsibilities:

- Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager.
- Experience with driver and equipment utilization.
- Must be able to lead others.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
