Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:
- Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide repair facilities to take the equipment to.
- Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates.
- Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers.
- Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs.
- Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services.
- Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems.
- Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system.
- Order parts when needed.
- Additional duties.
Minimum Requirement:
- 2 years of experience in shop experience.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel.
